Position 1: Secretary/Executive Assistant to CEO - Female only.

Job Brief: We QHMPL are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative & process follow up tasks in line with CEO work.

Job Description:

  • Acting as a point of contact among CEO, Employees and External partners.
  • Provide operational (Process Follow up) service that is in line with the CEO’s work and preferences.
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Prepare correspondence on behalf of the CEO’s, including the drafting of general replies.
  • Take Minutes of Meetings, Response on Emails and call.
  • Managing information flow in as accurately and timely.
  • Manage CEO’s calendars, appointments and set up meetings.
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s diary and email account.
  • Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the MD by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
  • Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Handling confidentiality at the highest level.
  • Job Specification:

  • Only Female Candidate Required.
  • Age – 35 to 40 Yrs.
  • Experience – 8 to 10 Yrs. as EA to CEO.
  • Must experience in process follow up tasks in line with CEO work.
  • Good in MS-Excel, MS-Office, MS-Power Point.
  • Candidate should have ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English & Hindi.
  • Knowledge of Planners, schedulers, calendars and office procedures.
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management and leadership skills.
  • Be Energetic & Self Motivated.
  • Salary: Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 40,000/-

    Location: A – 40, Mayapuri , Phase 1, Delhi. (Interview & work location)

    Working Days: 6 Days in a week

    Office Time: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
