Position 1: Secretary/Executive Assistant to CEO - Female only.
Job Brief: We QHMPL are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative & process follow up tasks in line with CEO work.
Job Description:Acting as a point of contact among CEO, Employees and External partners.Provide operational (Process Follow up) service that is in line with the CEO’s work and preferences.Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.Prepare correspondence on behalf of the CEO’s, including the drafting of general replies.Take Minutes of Meetings, Response on Emails and call.Managing information flow in as accurately and timely.Manage CEO’s calendars, appointments and set up meetings.Manage and maintain the CEO’s diary and email account.Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the MD by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents.Make travel and accommodation arrangements.Handling confidentiality at the highest level.
Job Specification:Only Female Candidate Required.Age – 35 to 40 Yrs.Experience – 8 to 10 Yrs. as EA to CEO.Must experience in process follow up tasks in line with CEO work.Good in MS-Excel, MS-Office, MS-Power Point.Candidate should have ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English & Hindi.Knowledge of Planners, schedulers, calendars and office procedures.Strong communication, organizational and time management and leadership skills.Be Energetic & Self Motivated.
Salary: Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 40,000/-
Location: A – 40, Mayapuri , Phase 1, Delhi. (Interview & work location)
Working Days: 6 Days in a week
Office Time: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
