How will we receive our refund and in how many days?

Quantum Hi-Tech provides a fixed return policy on the returnable item given if the necessary conditions are met. Following are the basic factors to make a note of:

  • Quantum Hi-Tech items are eligible for a free replacement within 10 days of delivery in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item being delivered to you.
  • Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, CDs and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
  • For a few products, we may schedule a technician visit to your location. On the basis of the technician’s evaluation report, we will provide you with a resolution.

Does Quantum Hi-Tech provide a GST invoice?

Yes, Quantum Hi-Tech provides GST invoices when you’re buying items from our website. You can find the Tax breakup at the Checkout as well in the handbill which you’ll receive with the delivered product.
